MUST PRESENT A CURRENT COPY OF YOUR COGGINS/HEALTH PAPERS UPON ARRIVAL. Health papers for out of state required.

Team BIOS: Bring 1 copy of your write up, VERY SHORT.

Music: Bring 2 copies of your music. WARNING! Some CD's do not work in our system.

Rider Definitions/Eligibility:

A youth rider is one that has not reached their 19th birthday prior to January 1st, 2010 can ride as a youth rider until August 21st, 2010. A rider cannot ride on more than one team in a single division. (Example: a rider can ride in div. 5 and div. 5A. Example: a rider cannot ride in div 1 on one team and div 1 on another team, etc.)

A rider can only ride with the organization they are a member of or contracted with. A rider cannot be a member of more than one organization. A rider must be in good standing with their team/organization. Team and rider will be disqualified and forfeit awards/prizes/ribbons/etc for rule violations.

The team qualifies for novice if 60% of the riders are new to drill. A rider is not considered a novice after two seasons and would then be in the 40% experienced riders that make up your group.

Division Entries: A team or riders cannot enter or ride in the same division more than once unless there is a complete change in riders. A team may enter their "other" team provided it is a complete change of riders. Example: "X" team enters their "B" team with a complete set of new riders. You can ride in, Example: Youth and Youth A with the same team and same riders at this time.

Quad teams: Youth Quad teams cannot ride in Adult Division. A rider cannot be on more than one quad team. Quad teams are allowed one Alternate rider. Adult teams must be at least 50% Adult riders. Youth teams, all youth.

Novice Division: Riders must be 60%, new to drill , If riders are professional (Paid) they cannot be considered novice, if this is not followed, you will be disqualified. Provide names and birthday with entry forms for all novice teams you enter.

Shavings: Available only at the arena. Minimum 2 bags. "Price is $10/ per bag." Must be reserved and paid in advance as a group.

Overnight: No overnight horse tie-outs. If you are staying over-night on the Expo property you MUST rent and stall your horse.

Horse speed limit: Limited to a walk at all times unless you are in the warm-up arena or competition arena. Be respectful of others.

Alcohol is NOT allowed on Grounds.

NO 4 Wheelers allowed.

Dogs: Not allowed in the arena or any building. This will be enforced! They must be on a lease at all times. Must not be disruptive or disturb people or horses. Must be removed from property within 30 minutes if notified the dog has been a problem. You must clean up after your pet.
